EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

At Brenda Graceful Living (BGL), our Employment Services are designed to empower individuals with disabilities to become active, valued members of their community through meaningful employment. We focus on helping each person find a job they enjoy one that aligns with their strengths, interests, and personal goals.

Our trained Employment Consultants and Job Coaches provide individualized support by assessing each person’s skills, abilities, and career interests. We then connect them with employment opportunities that not only meet their needs but also support the workforce demands of local businesses throughout Memphis and Shelby County.

Through this person-centered approach, individuals gain the confidence and tools needed to succeed in the workplace. Participants develop essential job skills, build a strong work ethic, and earn competitive wages while receiving ongoing support every step of the way.

Many of these services are available at no cost through funding provided by the Division of Rehabilitation Services under the Department of Human Services.
